Changing your mind

For standard stock goods bought online, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then send the goods back within 14 days of notifying us. Email theteam@mylawn.irish with your order number and a clear cancellation statement.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please pack goods securely; original packaging is helpful but is not required to exercise your statutory rights.

You pay the direct cost of change-of-mind return postage. There are no handling, restocking or pre-dispatch cancellation fees.

Return address

Postal returns are accepted at Lawn Care Company Ireland, 232 Harold’s Cross Rd, Terenure, Dublin, D6W N923, Ireland. Include your order number in the parcel. Contacting us helps route the return; it is not a condition of exercising a statutory cancellation right.

Refunds

We refund the goods and our least expensive standard delivery charge using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. Express delivery supplements are not refunded for a change of mind. We refund within 14 days of receiving cancellation notice, but may wait until we receive the goods or evidence they have been sent back, whichever comes first. There is no refund fee.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described. We will arrange the applicable repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you, including necessary return postage. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns and are not restricted by the 14-day window. Nothing in this policy limits rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Product-specific exceptions

A statutory cancellation exception may apply to goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, where this is disclosed before purchase. It does not apply merely because an ordinary stock item is ordered for you. Faulty-goods rights continue to apply.
