Changing your mind

For standard stock goods bought online, consumers normally have 14 days from delivery to tell us they wish to cancel, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Contact theteam@mylawn.irish with the order number before returning anything.

Returned change-of-mind goods should be complete, handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them and packed to avoid damage. The customer normally pays the direct return cost unless we agree otherwise or the goods are faulty.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us promptly with the order number and evidence. Statutory remedies apply and are separate from change-of-mind cancellation.

Exceptions

Some legal cancellation exceptions may apply, including certain goods made to a consumer's specification. Any product-specific exception will be disclosed before purchase; it is not assumed for ordinary stock items.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment provider and the applicable legal requirements.
