Shipping and delivery

We deliver throughout Ireland. Standard tracked delivery is free when the order value is €60 or more. A flat €22 charge applies below that amount.

Dispatch and timing

Any product-specific lead time is shown on the product page or confirmed after the order. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed as a binding date.

Address accuracy

Check the recipient name, address and Eircode before paying. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. A change may not be possible after dispatch.

Damage or non-delivery

Keep the packaging and contact us with the order number and photographs if an item arrives damaged. If tracking has stopped or the parcel is overdue, contact support so the delivery can be investigated.
