Shipping and delivery

We dispatch orders from Ireland and deliver throughout Ireland. Prices and delivery charges are in euro. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Standard delivery

Allow 2 business days for handling plus 7 business days in transit, approximately 9 business days in total. Standard delivery costs €25 below €60 and is free on orders of €60 or more, calculated after discounts.

Express delivery

Allow 1 business day for handling plus 3–5 business days in transit, approximately 4–6 business days in total. Express delivery costs €25 at every order value. Select your delivery option in the basket before payment.

We send tracking information after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates. If we cannot meet the stated timing, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

Address and delivery problems

Check the recipient name, address and Eircode before paying. Contact theteam@mylawn.irish promptly if an address correction is needed, a parcel is overdue or goods arrive damaged. Photographs can help resolve damage claims but do not limit your statutory rights.
